Health and transformation are rarely the result of a single intervention. Most people struggle not because of lack of effort, but because training, nutrition, recovery, and lifestyle are treated as isolated elements instead of one integrated system.
My work focuses on aligning these elements into a structured and sustainable framework. I combine workout science, nutrition, therapeutic diet strategies, recovery principles, and customized pranayama to help individuals build bodies that perform efficiently, recover consistently, and remain healthy long term not just during short transformation phases.
My approach is data-driven and observation-based. I closely track recovery patterns, energy levels, digestion, performance output, sleep quality, and lifestyle stress to identify the true barriers preventing progress. Since every individual adapts differently, all programs are personalized rather than template-based.
Over the years, I have worked with more than 5000+ individuals, helping improve body composition, fitness, digestion, energy levels, and overall performance through structured programs designed around real-life schedules and long-term sustainability.
A significant part of my methodology comes from 18 months of intensive study in breathing practices and self-hypnosis at Anand Ashram, Rishikesh. This experience strengthened my understanding of nervous system regulation and recovery, allowing me to integrate mental and physiological balance into physical transformation.

I have also worked with professionals from demanding industries, including actors from the film industry, where transformation required maintaining performance, recovery, and health under high-pressure schedules.

Lab results are usually available within 1-2 weeks. You can view them via our patient portal or call the clinic to schedule a follow-up.
Our clinic is open Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. We are closed on weekends and public holidays.
